A voice like no other and an utterly swinging trio - vocalist and pianist Olly Mux makes his debut trio performance at Toulouse Lautrec!

Joined by the phenomenal Honey Boulton on guitar and Harry Evans on bass, the Olly Mux Trio delivers a joyful mix of swinging jazz standards and captivating original compositions. Drawing inspiration from the timeless sound of the Nat King Cole Trio, their music is a perfect blend of heartfelt melodies, dazzling musicianship, and irresistible rhythm.

Olly’s distinctive low voice brings to mind jazz greats like Johnny Hartman and Joe Williams - a first-class sound with a warm, soulful tone. Fans can look forward to hearing selections from his newly released album, Caught in the Rain (released January 2025), as well as swinging originals and classic standards from the Great American Songbook.

The trio’s journey began in 2023 when Olly, Honey, and Harry crossed paths during a background music gig. Instantly struck by the magic of the trio sound, Olly knew he had found the sound for his debut album; this connection led them to the studio in March 2024, where they brought Caught in the Rain to life.

Before stepping out with his trio, Mux spent nearly a decade as a resident musician at The Savoy, enchanting audiences with his smooth vocals and impeccable piano work. Now, with his trio in full swing, Olly brings a fresh, vibrant energy to the stage, blending jazz tradition with his own unique flair.
